Nossa Women's BJJ Weekender 22-24th August 2025

We are SUPER excited to invite you to join us for the SECOND edition of the Nossa Weekender offering 3 days of seminars, yoga and open mats in Nossa BJJ, Bangor, Northern Ireland.

Connect with three distinguished female black belt athletes on the mats for gi and nogi sessions, yoga plus open mats in a friendly, supportive and empowering training environment. 

You will be learning from, Nia Blackman, Gamila Kanew & Amanda Pamela Nicole. Along side this awesome trio we will gain valuable knowledge from Lindsey -The Female Fight Nutritionist on making weight, the menstrual cycle and fuelling your body.

Located in a charming coastal city adorned with picturesque beaches, cosy cafes, and lively Irish bars, just a brief 20-minute drive from Belfast.
